Childkiller/Beserker Bug With Fallout 1 v132 With NPC Mod

It Wandered In From the Wastes
While attempting to wipe out Shady Sands I intially get the Childkiller trait alright but then when I've wiped out the whole town the description for childkiller changes to that of beserker. The trait for beserker never shows up.
