What would be the best way to install the Children Patch?
Is this a good way?
1. Install: Fallout 2 (Enlish version)
2. Install: Fallout 2 Official UK Patch v1.02
3. Install: Children Patch
4. Install: Fallout 2 Official US Patch v1.02
Is this the best way to do?
What did you guys do?
 
If you want to install only the official patch and the kid patch do it like this:

1. Install Fallout 2 (UK version)
2. Install the official 1.02 UK patch
3. Install the kid patch

First, unzip all files to your Fallout 2 directory, and then install US patch (you need an exe file from that archive) and that's it"

Then I have to install the US version, after the Childrens Patch.

And you are sure, that all files from the Children Patch is included, in 1.05? And 110% sure, that 1.05 doesn't make issues?

Am I able to add MODs and so on?

When I download v1.05, I get it as a rar. file. How do I unzip it and install it?

You don't have to install any previous patches.

All files from the kid patch are included. I just completed the game with the 1.05 version and the only bugs I encountered are fixed by the Update 1.

You should be able to play with mods. I never did so I don't know for sure.

Get the all-powerful WinRAR from here, install it and unpack the patch.
