Chinese patch?

Are there patches for the Chinese versions of Fallout 2? Where might I get one.

It would be also nice if you can direct me to a Chinese Fallout forum.

Have you tried installing the normal patches?
 
I can post some screenshots if you like. The game was published by this Taiwanese company called Interwise, which did the translation. Apparently, their website has no mentioning of the game at all.

As far as I know the regular US/UK/other patches are just Winzip extractors. I would not want to overwrite those unless I know they gonna work, although I can try.

The game says 1.02, although I am not sure which letter version it is.

edit: I just tried installing the US patch. The text of the game are all messed up. The game becomes unplayable.
 
UK version doesn't work either. Applying the US/UK patches caused the game to turn off Chinese enconding, which made all the words unintelligible ASCII characters.

I found out that I can load the save files from US version of the game, so I assumed the game is patched to the point that the save files are compatible to US version 1.02d. If I encounter any problems while playing, I will try to load it using the US version.
 
Set your regional language to English (united states or UK) and try run the game.

Or...just go to ebay and get the english version.
