Clipping in Fallout 2

First post here and sorry that it's a help thread.
Anyway I fell in love with Fallout and Fallout 2 after finding NMA a couple weeks ago and suddenly my game started glitching after killing the Raiders.

Basically, I'm walking behind textures that're supposed to be in front of me. It's peculiar to a set of save games I have after I killed all the raiders, something which I hope I don't have to go through again as I'm playing as a Sniper all on my lonesome.

Is there any way of fixing this? Any help would be appreciated

Is this bug similar to the walking dead bug or transparency bug?

If it's the same bug as Silencer suspects, you are in luck.

Easy fix for your "ghost" or "flagged as dead" problem. Go here and download F2se.

Start the editor and choose your save. Press the Misc tab and then in the lower right side there's a check box for Ghost mode.
Tick it and save and then un-tick it and save again (or if it's already ticked, just un-tick it).

Does anyone know what the cause of this is? Or is it just another mysterious Fallout phenomenon.
