Allright this one might be as crazy and dumb as my stock market idea. Maybe there could be a clothes store. If you wanna go into the Raiders place and wipe everyone out looking like a bad ass, go get leather clothes and glasses with a harley davidson design on the back with a skull. If you are having a formal meeting go rent a tuxedo. I would at least wanna change my clothes once in a while. Not run around in the same vault jump suit. I'm goin for the more realistic effect here. Call me crazy, but this is just an idea. I like the tatoo idea also. This is were I got the idea.
 
Well the suits in Fallout 2 had me wondering where the hell wthey were made or how. But changing clothes would be a nice a idea ...I would like a trenchcoat myself or just something that would strike fear into thine enemies... BTW ...which tattoo idea was it that you liked anyways?????????

I think that maybe clothes would be cool. I mean, it'd be damned expensive, but why not? Maybe really nice clothes could give a reaction bonues. Say, negative to poor folks and positive to wealthy folks.

Same type of thing with tattoos. Some tattoos would identify you as a certain type, and others could be just to look cool.

Imagine getting the Karma thing : Painted Man...
