Coldwater help

I've killed all of the theives except for the one on top of the 666 building, because he is in prone position, and i've collected all 3 broken suits of power armor, and given them to the armorer, but i get no debreifing or exit grid.. HELP!!!!!

Im really gettin frustrated here.

As I remember, I got a debriefing before I handed over the armor. You didn't then either?

Take out the roof guy with forced grenade fire (frag or launcher). Point cursor to where you think he's hiding and press ALT+RIGHT_CLICK. I whacked him with 2-3 hits.

I ended up loading a previous game and wandered around killing stuff in the desert and buying more stuff, and now im gonna try it again w/ more advanced guys. Thanks anyways guys, its appreciated.
