Color-able Traits

Hi everyone!

I'm just wondering about how i can change the color of the traits in the Registration panel?
In Fallout Online's registration panel you can see the Sex Appeal trait with red letters (beacause they hasn't implemented it yet)

Does anybody know how to color the texts in that panel?
May I use another colors?
