Compatibility of mods??

Hello..i am wondering about 2 different mods and are they compatible?

I already got the restoration file:

Fallout 2 Restoration Project Installer Version

I also want to run this mod because i want to disable the 13 year limit:

Timeslip Fallout 2 engine tweaks for Windows XP/Vista/7

My question is what mods are compatible with the restoration one, as i do not want compatibility issues.
