Concerning Rocket Launcher

Can you aim shot a rocket launcher?
If you can, is it even worth the trouble ( expensive + heavy ) ?

Not unless you edit the game files (f2wei would allow this).

As damaging as it is, it would be highly unnecessary. One good rocket usually takes out most critters below Deathclaw status.
