It Wandered In From the Wastes

[Up to date on all Patches]
[All DLC downloaded; Dead Money, Honest Hearts, Old World Blues, Lonesome Road, Courier's Stash, Gun Runner's Arsenal]
Everytime I start up the game after redownloading all the DLC I can play for one or two tries before I get the message telling me that my DLC is corrupted and won't let me access it.
Any tips or hints?
(I've Formatted my hard drive and cleared the cache. Any hints to keep this from happening again? I don't want to have to download the game every time I feel like playing.)
