The location seems to fit the bill (https://www.google.co.uk/maps/place...2!3m1!1s0x80c73bea6df53797:0x649da53d117e93c0), as The Divide is referenced as the divide between the Mojave and California and is a major trade route.

The name and general theme surrounding the location also suits The Divide.

I would say it's close, but rather not directly there.
