I haven't been able to find a thread that addresses this directly, and I apologize in advance for any redundancy:
Is there any point to increasing HTH combat skills beyond the point where there is a 95% chance to hit every area on a targeted attack? Let's say with Unarmed at 121% or so, I'm getting a screen full of 95's on every targeted attack. Is there any point in throwing more skill points at Unarmed?
Since damage is tied to weapon types, I assume it can't affect damage. Is there any game mechanic that increases the chances of a critical hit for an insanely high combat skill? Is there a document somewhere that shows the "under the hood" workings of the Fallout SPECIAL system? The p-n-p documents don't seem to be complete in that regard.
Thanks,
Mongoose
