Ctrl-alt-Del function

Help!

Someone's been using my PC for 6 months and when I press Ctrl-alt-del, a window cums up saying "Omg, ctrl-alt-del's been disabled by the administrator". What happen? How do I set it back up?

Is this the specific error you are getting?

 Task Manager has been disabled by your administrator

If you are running windows 2000/XP this should be what you are looking for.
