Current Character Editors in NMA

the editors in dl section of nma does not work in mibs megamod are there other alternavite solutions to it ??

I just noticed that the books and magazine does not increase my skills beyond 90 or 100+ which makes me regret it because i took the perk comprehension. >.<

Also Want to see what the other traits do to my character the bloody mess and mysterious stranger perk.
 
the inventory editor works provided you have nothing that wasnt in the original game on you (for exemple if you have some funny drugs, put them in the car before you save).
Otherwise I havent found any char editors to work. Falche 1 does work, but last time I used it it messed up all my saves. Playing without using Falche would "solve" the problem.
