Customizing system

I want to have a lot of freedom customizing my player. You give him tattoos. Think of Star Wars Galaxies, if you get the special edition you get way more custom features, but tattoo designs I would want... Of course, Fallout isn't a MMORPG, which is good and bad at the sametime, but hey. Such is life...

Tattoos, clothing, piece meal armor, and well merging of some items from Tactics. One thing I loved about Fallout 1 was collecting the useless junk.

I use to collect all the usless junk too!
In Fallout 3 it would be nice if some of it could be usefull!
Like how that one chick wanted the Cat Paw's Mags in Fallout 2!
Just little things that give some use to the background crap you can find.

I wish we would have a possibility to play with the facial features like in Silent Storm. I really love the way you can change your looks in that game (SS). actually i think that every RPG from now on should have that kind of "fase editor" as a standard. :wink:
