Water Chip? Been There, Done That
They are Falloutish in some way because i used mix of old movie photos (50th style) and my own photos maked in abandoned factories (which remind postnuclear ruins) Darkwave is name for noice industrial music, but here i used it for specific art style.

Here is instruction for those who want follow my art style:
"How to make a monster part1"
0-turn on some Rob Zombie music for creative inspiration
1-make photo in abandoned factory (or your garden if you dont like such places)
2-select 50th actor picture from this gallery i found /www.doctormacro.com/Images/
3-mix them together randomly or whatever way you like
4-use "artistic blur" effect so it become more "artistic"
5-thats it, you got fine picture! :o
 
The concept actually seems quite good, but you should pay more attention to keep the pictures of the women in the same height/width ratio, because, if my eyes aren't playing tricks on me, the first one seems overstretched. Also, try to fix the outlines of the inserted pictures so they don't look like they've been cut out in Paint and then just copy-pasted on the original picture. One more thing: if you're going for black&white, save the images in grayscale, because the woman on the first pic is blue.
So, 8/10 for the idea, 3/10 for the realisation. Not that it can't get better, though. :)
 
You are right, something was wrong. Now i add some colours and used "despeckle" effect which seem fix outlines. Check it.
 
Yeah, looks better, but there are still some leftovers from the picture the chick was cut out from, especially around her finger. By the way, what's with the rough edges between dark and bright surfaces? Did you shrink the picture or...?
 
I changed background concept and used new filters, this should be real one for wallpaper.

There are still some rough outlines, but this looks much better. What filter is that? Looks a bit like glow, but without the graininess.
 
This is awful.

I mean, really awful. It's badly cut out and pasted in, the backdrop image is boring, and the combination of both is random at best. The gay sepia filter doesn't make it any better, nor trying to excuse your lack of conception, skill and intuition by 'style'.

Goddammit, dude. Why does everything you do suck ass?

And yes, its just connection of two pictures (old with new one), but try to make such stuff, it not so easy as you think of.
 
Fuck, man, I could handle it being poor, after all not everyone has artistic talent, but this is just literally painful to my eyes. I'm still blinking because of it. Fucking ow!

Mention that i called it Darkwave, it comes from noice industrial music which is NOT ear candy: chaotic and sometime slowly-boring. Trying to fix it is like trying to change its art group.

Underground group, art which dont need to be ambitious and commercial. Compare to music, my style is like punk, trash metal and yours like disco 1970.

I mean style of Rob Zombie, he is best man on the planet. Probably i not classified it precisly but it seem to be some weird trash metal. This picture is dirty and ugly & got some 50th chick element, maybe not fit exacly to zombie (should be more cryptic) but i just like something on that way.

Trying to fix some composition outlines or whatever is just pointless stupidity.

And finally: YES it is some style!
