Death animation repeats

First time out of the vault
Okay so I have fallout 1 with Team X 1.3.5 patch and Sfall version 1.7 the game starts up and plays fine. But there is this little bug that whenever something dies it plays the death animation twice. I can live with this bug but it is kind of annoying so if anyone knows how to fix it I would be very happy.
