Deathclaws vs Tunnlers

Okay I am probably the last one to put up a vs topic. its infantile but I must question this slightly.

I have yet to play Lonesome Road, im getting to it tho. but it is stated that Tunnlers can kill a single deathclaw, but how would they do against a whole brood, including mothers and alpha males

They wouldn't attack it in the first place, just like hyenas don't attack entire packs, but just stray animals.
