Decker Problem

Ok im in the hub and i go to report decker to the sherrif so we go and were about done with the fight. Kane is behind dogmeat, and in front of dogmeat is deckers guard. Im in the room with the stairs and sheriff is blocking the door from the stiar room to the main room. I fire a shot at kane the game crashes, i surrender my turn the game crashes, i think dogmeats the problem so i kill him it crashes. so i fire at the guard it crashes. I had saved the game in combat mode so if that helps...please help my char. is real far!!

Saving the game in combat mode is not a very good thing to do. Why you are crashing, I am not sure, but there ARE reasons to have multiple saves you know. I don't think anyone here can stress anymore the fact that when playing Fallout1/2 one should save as often as they can.

We cannot do any magic to fix this issue of yours, hopefully you have a save game that is not too far back. If not, well, can't help you there. Hopefully soon enough you will learn that there is a reason the creators give you 10 save game slots.

I always use all 10.
Well, in Fallout 2 I sometimes keep two slots untouched after I saved them just before I talk to the guy in Vault 13 who is jinxed beyond all imagination and the Navarro Commander dude...
