I have both the script compiler and decompiler and they both don't work. Is this because im runnning it on Win XP?

I got that same message on one computer, but on another it worked fine. Both have Win98. (Re-)Installing Jet made no difference. Stuff like that happens to me all the time. I tried to run a BG2 utility that should only require Java X.X and it worked for everyone else, but not for me, even after I reinstalled Java X.X.
