Has anyone heard of or even played this? I just saw it out of chance. It looks great but I take it isn't particularly good...

With how cheap it is you might as well just buy it and test it.
Looks very Sudden Strike-y to me.

Actually I did play it. It's alright. Not many PA RTS games so worth a shot. Was going to review it at one point but figured nobody would give a shit.
