Desktop Poopification

Ocasionally, when I play Fallout, Fallout 2 or the mapper my desktop is resized like so:

Clickies

It doesnt do this with any other games that use 640x480 resolution.

PIII 833mghz
512mb Ram
20gb HD
Onboard video I guess
Direct X v9.0b
 
What OS are you using? If its ME I've had the problem before with Fallout 1 if i remember correctly. Does refreshing solve the problem?
 
Just set the desktop image to scretched. Also, if you have nvidia card, try locking your refresh rate.

yeah that happens sometimes with me too(also running win2k SP4), I usually don't care :P
