disabling windows services

Hi all

After visiting Black Viper's page about disabling windows services, I was wondering...
I'm running WinXP Pro SP3 on a machine which never goes online and even the network card disabled.
This is the machine that I want to install Killap's Restoration Project on.
Are any of the obvious dreck services required for RP2.12b ?
What about any Win Updates, post SP3 ? E.G. .net framework.

And for other people's benefit, what about other mods or patches ?

There are no windows services required for running fallout with any mod (of course, you shouldn't disable "'windows audio" if you want to hear audio). Fallout works just fine with Black vipers "Bare-bones" set up.
