Also, yeah, it's a real flag, though the Beth version is a bit wrong on the star count.

Anyway.

I don't know exactly. I believe the top one is a modified version of the Betsy Ross flag (the original), whereas the bottom one (from Fallout 3) is an American Revolution version of the flag. (Upon research, this flag design originates from Maryland, so that makes sense.)

I know that one is not confederate, as I stated I said it looked like one.
