Yeah but then how are you going to zip up and change the page you're on? A solution a hot key on one of those new programmable keyboard.

FOr trainnning your reflexes just practice, practice, practice ... excactly what you're doing with these porn pics. I guess you're not that old so by now you should be able to switch hand without missing a stroke :P

Catch the fly, young grasshopper.

Seriously, I would go play some first-person shooter games. You may suck at first, but with regular play you can get better. Even the army has noted that people who played those games a lot before joining up had better reflexes and a better head on their sholders. They did find however that the recruits were worse than others at aiming without a scope, but better than others when using a scope (not surprising).

The downside is that you won't be improving your muscles any.

My tae kwon do instructor from ages past (when I was young enough to fit in my martial arts gear) said that the reflexes were merely the rate of synopsis from your brain to your muscles. People are born with an acceptable rate according to your body and there isn't much you can do to change it. However, there is also the state of AWARENESS that gives people the edge and seem like they are catlike. So how do you increase your reflexes? Always remember you are never safe.
