Does anyone know where the diologue tutorial is?

I volunteered to help the mutants rising people write some text for them, and I downloaded FMF Diologue Tool and Diologue converter, but it dosin't quite give a step by step tutorial for someone as n00b as me.

Can someone post a link to the tutorial for me please? Thanks.
