Does anything affect critical hit chance of aimed attacks?

And saw:

The chance for a critical at each location appears to be base critical chance plus the to-hit penalty, plus about 5%. It isn't known if luck affects the critical hit table rolls.

I was wondering if anyone does know if luck, unarmed attack crit chance bonuses (from special attacks you get at higher levels), Finesse, or anything else that normally would affect crit chance, affects crit chance when aiming attacks, because this quote makes it sound like it's possible none of them do.


EDIT: According to this guy, the normal crit-chance-affecting stuff applies to aimed shots just fine. If anyone knows this to be untrue, or anything like that, let me know, I guess.[/url]

Where do you see anything to indicate that crit chance isn't calculated normally when doing aimed attacks?
