Welcome to yester-year, RogueStar! Common known fact for the regulars but it was illuminating (a few years ago).

But yeah, quickpockets was always my first choice in perks. Generally, anything that reduces the AP cost is a good thing for me. 10 Agility, Fast Shot, Quick Pockets, Bonus Rate of Fire, and .44 Magnum is the best combination for speed.
