DON'T stockpile Perks!!

Ah man, like I said in a previous thread it has been sometime since I have played Fo1 and now I am paying for it!

I just reached lvl 8(w00t) and have been stockpiling my perks because I didn't really know what I wanted. Well it turns out that you CAN'T do that! I went to select them a few minutes ago and....hey! I can only choose one at lvl 8?!?! *sigh* Welp, looks like I am going to have to start over AGAIN and kill those 2,000,000,000 rats in front of Vault 13, AGAIN!
