I drew part at one time, then stopped and started again later with a different pen, so it's kinda fuggled.
 
Uber stiff, especially the torso area. Looks like the guy has a stick up his ass. ;)

I remember one of my first lessons in my art academy, this girl presented a dragon drawing for a project in applied graphics. The professor checks it out and asks: "have you ever seen a dragon?" The girl answers, of course, that she hasn't. The guy asks then "Have you seen your hand? How well can you draw your hand, then?"

My advice is try to study how different body parts behave according to their position, lighting and weight/effort/"stress" applied on each one.

And I know this post looks kinda rough and taken outta nowhere, with none of *my* drawings to back it up. Gotta finally buy a scanner and stop exploiting my friends.
 
The headless dude looks like one of the bad guys in Spiderman. What's he called again? Green suit, and a bole on his head.
