For the people who don't know:

This is a utility that will let you modify existing critter PRO files and create new ones
from the scratch! All is easy, just put the values you want, click on save and it's ready!

Then, you can build your own DAT using Mod Squad's ResDAT or simply put the files in your
Fallout data\proto\critters directory. What? No, heh, you don't need to add the read-only
attribute, the program does all the work for you! ;)

Hmm, when I run the program I get the following error ;

'run-time error 713'
Application-defined or object-defined error
 
Great program. Is there an index file for all the .pro files anywhere?
 
Yes, look at the Specs.txt file.

You will find all the numbers for each critter

Oh, fuck...

Very, very, VERY weird error...

If Mr. Help is correct, the error could be caused by two things:

1. You don't have up-to-date needed DLLs.
2. Another application fucked up FUCK.

I can tell you 2 solutions:

First, about 2. (the easiest to solve):
End Task to any currently running applications but Explorer and Systray.
Try again.
(to end task just use Ctrl+Alt+Del and when the Task Bar appears, select the application and hit on End Task [the last button at the left])

Second, you need these versions of the Dlls to run the program:

MSVBVM60.DLL : 6.00.8495
FM20.DLL : 2.01
STDOLE2.TLB : 2.40.4277

These are the only references that the program uses.

You can check them by going to your Windows\System folder, searching for them and looking at his properties (right-click -> Properties). Check the 'Version' tab.

This program was fully tested, it worked on several different machines, and it doesn't use any weird VB components, in fact, I even used the Microsoft Forms dll (the one used to create C++ MFC's windows) to create the windows.

Can someone help me out and give me a link to download FM20.DLL:2.01 ? I searched the windows-site, but I couldn't find any dll's.

(I do not have MS office ; any references I found about FM20.DLL on the net were office-related...)

If I continue receiving this problem I will re-made some parts of the code to rip off fm20.dll.

I placed it in my windows system folder, but the program still wont run.
Now, I have the following error ;
'illegal page in module FM20.DLL.'

(If you want I can post more details about the error.)

I have received another complaint about the same problem.

I fixed everything, now you don't need any FM20.dll stupid file.

Sorry for any inconveniences

And, delete the FM20.dll, you have to do a lot of shit to put that file working (aka registering dlls, and download 10 more files ;) )
 
Hey, MatuX, your program sucks, it keeps me giving a 713 run time error.
