Downloading global.fx for shaders

Hey all,
I'm pretty new to the fallout community and just found NMA several weeks ago. It's been helpful for finding files and I've figured out a lot just by reading forum posts.
I spotted the 'HDR' screenshot in the "you know you've been playing fallout too long when.." thread and then looked around for the .fx file that would do that. However, all the links to it in the FO2 engine tweaks thread are broken. Since I'm in China, I'm not sure if this is a connection issue or if it's just a broken link. In any case, it would be appreciated if someone could upload it to the NMA files list or send it to me.

Sorry for late reply, I will write a wiki later:

just place this at \data\shaders under your fallout installation and set "Mode=4" and "GlobalShaderMode=3" in ddraw.ini
i have not tried it with other dx9 modes or globalshadermodes or resolutions

i might develop it further if i deem it necessary
but i think it's "good enough" for it's purpose
you guys are free to do whatever you like with it ofcourse
