Is there any way at all that through the editor or multi- or anything I could control or be a dummy. Because that would be sweet

Well you could, sure. But then you couldn't move, shoot, fight, or do anything fun. You would just stand there and lose straw. I'm not sure if that would really be sweet.

I don't believe there are any animations showning the dummies moving, crouching etc..which in turn means it wouldn't be possible to move etc..

I wasn't joking, it's like what Odin said, the dummies weren't included to be a character choice so they can't do anything but stand on a stick and die. There is no easy way to make them as a character unless you are willing to spend half a year with a high-end 3-d modelling program creating a model, animating it, and exporting the thousands of frames necessary to make your own sprite. Unless you want to create your own entity with a raider sprite and just name him "Dummy".

You're right, Odin, these weren't included w/the sprite for the Dummies. I made the mistake once when setting up a range mission of not setting the AI of some Dummy entities I'd set up to simulate various types of armor to "Dummy" (they were still set at "Default") and when an enemy came into LoS they would sit in the same place, twitching between facings. (Just like a character when the pathing AI can't figure out how to get them to move from one postition to another.) They couldn't attack, move or anything. Setting the AI correctly stopped them from twitching, though.
