EA: We hate you C&C fans

It's possible I'm too tired to understand irony right now, but... I don't get it? Where does hate come in to free games?

Misteryo

EDIT: Nevermind. I see now that you are answering the contentions of another thread.

Wow, that's kinda of cool. Command and Conquer is probably the game that converted me into a gamer, so it'll be great to be able to download it at anytime, anywhere legally.

AWWWWWW MOTHER FUCKER!

*collects self*

Say does anybody now If I can get CnC1 to work on the wonderful OP known as Vista?

im dloading tiberian sun + firestorm

never played anything past the original red alert

i just hope that it is not horrid when compared to dark reign and sup com

I installed and tried to play Tiberium Sun a few months ago, I just could not do it. After being so used to Red Alert 2 and Generals it just felt horrible.

Wow, I may be the only person here to never play a C&C game. I must have been too busy with Age of Empires or...I don't know Rise of the Triad, back in the day.

Nice. I really like TS, it has the most gritty and sinister atmosphere in the whole series (next to RA1) IMO.

Anyway Mikael have you tried the cnc4 beta? I think its pretty good, although its strange at first glance, I don't really mind the gameplay change. Also, I was surprised how good the otherwise absurd and retarded looking units looked like during gameplay.

Should I trust that MagicISO Virtual thing you are supossed to DL to play CnC1 game? My Virus thingy was warning me agaisnt it.

I hate you too EA. :D

Well, at least they're doing something to please ye olde C&C fans (even if most already own the ones they're releasing as Freeware).

I bought sometime ago the C&C box, the first decade.
They should have named it: C&C, the actually great ones+generals.
I really regret buying the box now.

Hahaha, loved the music on the Red Alert video.

didn't they already do this with C&C btw?

Wooow. This is pretty awesome, although I own them all. Still, easier to download them than digging out the CDs.

I miss Westwood Studios...
