Hey guys, Earthworm Jim HD is out on Xbox Live, right? Does anyone know if Interplay was involved at all in the game? I know Gamerloft developed it. I thought interplay still owned the rights, so they should at least be collecting royalties of some sorts. Maybe interplay isn't so dead after all.

Can anyone fill me in on the details of this?
 
I thought the V13 development was just a scam for investors. The game isn't actually going to come out... is it?

They're preparing shit for beta testing right now, afaik.
