I have looked around the sight for a while but I can't seem to find what i am looking for, I want to know if there is a list of users banned or under investigation for fraud I know about feedback but I bought a fishing rod from someone about 2 weeks ago an it's still not shown up an now when i look back at the uses profile he has lots of negative feed back and now he is not answering my email's.

If you have a link that i have overlooked could you please post it thanks.

Punctuation, spellcheck, grammar are some of the things you should use.

Another thing you should do is notify ebay and paypal (if you paid through paypal). They actually have forms for that, you know, *on the site*.
