I've already got the first recording by talking to old lady gibson and i've done a lot of missions for at least 10 or so in game days, so I then talk to igniacio (whatever his name is) at Helios 1 (I haven't talked to him yet by the way) and ed-e's second recording still wont unlock. So I then decided to find new keyword unlocks. I went to the doctor at Jacobstown (when he mentions the word Enclave), done midway through veronicas quest and talked to the quartermaster at camp forlorn hope but the 2nd recording still wont unlock. Any help please?

I found this side-quest to be very annoying. Sometimes it seemed like Ed-E would unlock more recordings at random times. I have completed this side-quest before, but I really can't tell you where to go, or who to talk to.
And judging by the lack of replies in this topic over the last few days, I would imagine that very few people here know how to fix your problem... try looking it up on the fallout wiki.
