Editor for F2 resurrection

Hi guys new to the forums! i've known the page for many years already but first time posting something so bare with me.

I am playing ATM the new fallout 1.5 and wanted to try tweak and test several characters to check the differences of gameplay and was wondering if a working editor is in place for this mod.

Does anybody know if theres one or is it too soon?
