Does anyone know where I can find the exact quote by Tim Cain (I think it was him) about the Vault Experiment being a preparation to the Enclave's space program? I think it was in some forum, but I'm not sure that forum still exists anyway. Anyway, I'm trying to add reference links to all articles in The Vault.

No more like they had enough money to pull of that kind of project before the war to set up a safe house at moon. Sure the bigger nations could pull of the same thing, but juddging by the looks they opted for vault, then again who knows maybe there was one.
