Bethsoft's GECK website describes the "Get Disposition" entry point as "Run when an actor is calculating their disposition to the player" with the effect of "Modifies the normally calculated disposition." I've tried to use this entry point to add something like the Presence perk into the game. I have the perk sort of working -- I can select it when I level up and it appears under Perks without a problem. Now here's the thing: it seems to have no effect. Speech check percentages have not change, nor have barter prices. Even setting the Multiply Value to 1.3 (supposedly +30% disposition, as Presence has three ranks of +10% each) results in absolutely no changes.
So here's the million dollar questions: Does "Get Disposition" actually do anything? Or am I having reading comprehension issues?
