Enviromental Armor location?

I play Fallout2 RP 2.1.2 and i am at EPA now. where in EPA is located Enviromental Armor? i can't find it.

AFAIK in has been removed from the mod...instead they have a gas mask somewhere inside the EPA.

You can always check out the walkthrough if you are stuck. Although I'm not sure if it's still up to date.
