EPA Help

I cant get into any of the locked doors in EPA with the RP. I keep getting incorrect code or unauthorized access when i click on them. Also I cant seem to really do anything within EPA base. Any suggestions?

Has anyone come up with a solution for the EPA map issue?

I've tried to bypass the problem by editing my inventory to add the gas mask but for some reason it does not appear when I reload my save game.

I also suspect that getting out of the EPA will be problem when I'm done inside.
