Error : cannot open file "campaign/core/mission/bunker04.mis

I think the error shown was something like this, and I've checked the folder, no such file exist, not even files like bunker01, bunker02 or bunker03

I've finished playing bunker Charlie and now proceeding towards bunker Delta, and the error occur when i'm about to enter bunker Delta. Please help, anyone experience this problem ?

The game is so addicting and I can't seem to stop playing. And now this problem exist! i know some of you guys would tell me :"Get a life pal"......

But seriously, hope someone would help me.

You have a couple options, I think. Reinstall the game with the maximum install. Or an easier way is to check out disc 3 in the folder called core there is a file named mis-core_D.bos. Use winzip to open this file and extract the files to your fallout tactics directory. There are 5 files that are extracted:

Mission 15
Mission 16
Mission 17
Mission 19
Bunker 04

These files should be extracted to the directory that you speak of - if not move them there. Hopefully that will work for you. I am not sure why the problem came up to begin with. Did you have disc 3 in the drive?

OK, 1st, I'm using the third disc to load Fallout (coincidently) and I'm using full installation, I have no idea how on earth the files couldn't be copied.


Do you know whether the path fallouttactics/campaign/mission/core/bunker04.mis EXIST ?
mine DOESN'T !!!
but surprisingly it could load all the way to bunker 3
my hard disk got no campaign folder! strange ?
Can you please check and see whether it's true ?

I try everything you mentioned and guess what? Doesn't work..... BUT !!!!!!
when I try unzipping the mis-core D.bos in the c:\fallouttactics\core folder, and found out that the FILE ITSELF is corrupted !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
So the solution is to open the CD3, copy the file mis-coreD.bos and replace the old 1 in c:\..\fallouttactics\core\ and it'll WORK !!!!!!!!

THANX ALOT !!!!!!! Without your guide, I'll never know CD3 contain the bunker04.mis
You just made someone a happy person today. Thanx again.
