Well, i m sure, that this problem was disscused a 100 times, but i got this problem

I was in vault 13, i went to New reno to get voice module. i went back to vault 13 and when i enter, the game chrashes.
WHY?
and what can i do against it???

I got crush when I was suppose to get d treasure from a jerk from a grave near Reno.

Now I can't even reinstall my game?!
