A blurb at the top mentions that the next game that Jarvis' game company, Raw Thrills, plans to release is "The Fast and the Furious", a racing game based on- you guessed it- the movie franchise of the same name. It could be good, but Jarvis was behind Crusin' USA, Crusin' World, and Crusin' Exotica. Should I be worried?

I just bounced a few e-mails off of Raw Thrills, and I got a few concrete ideas on the F&F game. The game mechanics are going to be all new: the guy I talked to said that if you like San Francisco Rush 2049, it's going to be right up your alley. That's a good thing, imho: Rush 2049 has good play mechanics combined with wild shortcuts and high-flying jumps. The guy also said that there wil be locales from the two movies, real licensed cars from real manufacturers, the soundtrack from the movies, and a subwoofer under the seat, Rush 2049 style. My interst in the game peaked up again. Can't wait.
