I loved the 6th toe thing in FO2 but think it could be expanded upon so if you're not using any anti rad protection you could develop all sorts of growths and deformitys, perhaps some could benefit you (like a third eye allowing you ESP and better dialogue options),and others hinder you (like a penis that drags along the ground) -although this could increase your fame as a pornstar temporarily until it became hideous, you'd utimately want to have any deformity removed by a doctor.
Ok this is aweful but i want to be able to burst through a toilet door and blow away (blow 'AWAY') whoever's sitting on the bog, and i'd like them to look like Tony Blair. Acutally ,having these people scream if you carry a weapon would be good too.
More parodies of people (like Tony Blair) would be good.
