First time out of the vault
Hello everyone, I am very much a newbie when it comes to modding. My question is not even about modding actually. I'm running a fallout gurps campaign with my friends over discord. I make maps with a program called inkarnate, and the I want to make battlemaps with the assets and sprites from fallout 1 and 2. the trouble is I have no idea how to extract them from my copy of fallout, and even less idea on how to clean them up and make the back ground transparent. I was wondering if there is a place I could find clean assets that I can convert into pngs
