Well you never know.. (the resource, not APTYP's stupidity), sometimes another flash program is taking up the sound resource or something.

Now if I asked him if his volume was turned too low.. that would be questioning his intelligence..

I have active sound system for Windows, but I don't think that's the case - unless ABC flash program checks for sounds while loading itself. Anyway, I will try to turn sounds off and reload ABC again.

You have a point, but we're talking about APTYP. I mean, if there is something that is taking up the system's sound resources, he would had checked or noted that before posting that fact :-).

Anyway, I'm just guessing, and my post was intended as a joke, not to be taken seriously ;-).
