I don't know if anyone is interested or not, but I made a few changes to my start location patcher program. It now does more stuff (still only works for American 1.02 though)...

It can now change the exe file to look for a different file other than patch000.dat, just type the filename. And it lets you change the start year, month and day aswell (thanks to Platon for the HEX offsets). It also can set the PIPboy on at th start of the game.

I'll add more to this patcher if anybody want me too, and anyone can help me get hold of the HEX offsets

I'm really bored, so I fiured I'd carry on working on my patcher.

New updates include:

- Changing the starting PC figure to anything you want (try changing it to mabrom ), you can change the male or female ones.
- Change the mod name an version number that appear in the main menu.

p.s. Still only works for American 1.02! Backup your EXE file aswell!!

I feel like I'm spamming a bit now...

New updates to the patcher include...

- Change the default male figure, and default female figure
- Change the program title (Just for fun)

I want to thank the maker(s) of foloader for the next bits, I used their methods to enable hese features.
- Disable movies
- Disable city limiter (havn't tested this fully)

Yes, I have the EXE hex offsets, and the RAM hex offsets now. If you want to wait around 30 mins, I should have an INI maker for FVP finished that will allow you do use all (butone) of hese features using a virtual memory patcher...I should b finished on it soon.
