Exeption 10H in the module BOS.EXE

When I press the a key on the keyboard (anywhere in the game) Fallout Tactic crash.

This is what it tell me :

BOS as cause a exception 10H in the module BOS.EXE at 023f:007353ba.

You can bet on it I've installed the game with the small, medium and full setup 2 to 3 time each, I've updated windows to the max.

After some try on the computer of some of my friend I now know that its my computer the porblem not the game because it work perfectly on any other computer than mine. BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT IS THE PROBLEM, PLEASE HELP ME.
